Meatballs

I've never made meatballs from scratch before, but thought it was time to give it a try instead of buying frozen ones. It was quite easy to make them with only about 5 minutes of prep and 20 minutes of cooking

Place 1 pound of lean hamburger meat in a mixer bowl.

Combine all the other ingredients in mixer and combine until well combined.

The mixture isn't super sticky to itself, but enough to form into balls. Perhaps an egg would help out this recipe.

Roll into 1.5" balls and place on a baking pan. Place into a preheated 400F oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until fully cooked.

The finished meatballs after cooking. Yummy.

Ingredients

1 pound of ground beef, lean
.5 teaspoons of salt
1 small onion, diced
.5 teaspoons of garlic salt
1.5 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
0.75 teaspoons of oregano
0.75 teaspoons of red pepper flakes
franks red hot to taste
1.5 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup of milk
.25 cups of Parmesan cheese
.5 cup of bread crumbs
