Stuffed Cheese Shells

I have always liked to order cheese shells when at a restaurant as they are always delicious. Nothing is better than food that contains lots and lots of hot melted cheese inside of it. This recipe is quite easy to make and much easier than making raviolis.

These are the ingredients required for the recipe: shells, spaghetti sauce, Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, and Mozzarella cheese.

First cook the shells per the box instructions.

When the shells are being boiled, add 2 eggs, ricotta cheese, and any Italian seasonings you wish.  I used some oregano about 2 teaspoons.

Around half way through mixing with a flat beater.

The mixture after being completely mixed. At this stage it is all incorporate and creamy.

Now drain your shells and prepare to get stuffing.

I spooned about 2-3 tablespoons into each shell and placed them on a 13 x 9 baking sheet. I lined the pan with a thin layer of spaghetti sauce.

I had some left over shells which i just threw some sauce on to have as a lunch later.

Here are the finished stuffed shells in the pan which spaghetti sauce placed on top of them. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350F for 30 minutes until bubbly.

The finished shells after cooking. Enjoy.

Recipe

2 eggs
15 oz. of ricotta cheese
2 cups of Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
