Twice Baked Potatoes

Nothing is quite as good as a twice baked potato and with this recipe they aren't difficult to make in the least. Once you have had one you will never want to go back to any other type of potato again.

Microwave potatoes for 10 minutes per side. Once a fork is easily inserted into the potato, cut in half.

Scoop out potato into a bowl to make potato boats and set boats on a baking pan.

The scooped out potatoes.

Combine all ingredients and blend well.

The now very creamy potato mixture.

Scoop back into the boats and bake at 400F for 25 minutes.

The pan after removing it from the oven.

The final product, yum.

Ingredients

3 large potatoes
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of butter
4 slices of cheese or grated
1/4 cup of chives
